Welcome
This season we return with our 56th annual pantomime to be staged once again at The Marina Theatre. Cinderella is one of our most popular pantomimes and we are looking for a varied and diverse cast to tell this enchanting and magical story.
Having already cast our super talented young performers, we would like to form a company of ALL ages to feature in our seasonal spectacular. We will be placing particular emphasis on bold characterisation, strong singing and an ability to move, when making our decisions.
Auditions will be taking place at 10am on Sunday 22nd October 2023,
with registration from 9.30am.
10am - 11.30am
ALL those wishing to audition should attend our character, vocal and movement workshop, including those auditioning for a principle role.
After this time, those auditioning for principle roles may leave and return for their
pre-booked audition slot.
Those wishing to audition for an ensemble role will remain with us until 12.30pm for auditions in small groups.
Our company will be made up of approximately 12-14 plus 9 principles roles and 6 child performers at each performance.
ALL THOSE WISHING TO AUDITION, INCLUDING PRINCIPLES,
MUST ATTEND THE MORNING WORKSHOP. WE ARE UNABLE TO SEE PRINCIPLES FOR AUDITION WHO HAVE NOT ATTENDED THE MORNING WORKSHOP SESSION.

Rehearsals
Rehearsals will begin with a full company on Tuesday 24th October at 7pm.
Rehearsals will run weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7pm - 10pm.
Not everyone will be called for every rehearsal, but we will aim to give two weeks notice of who is called for each week. Please note there will be a festive break from 22/12/23 - 01/01/24.
